- ANSPDCP, the Romanian data-protection supervisory authority: dataprotection.ro.
- ANPC, the Romanian consumer-protection authority, and the national ADR portal: anpc.ro; reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
- The EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints. Current information is available at: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
